System Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage desktop, server, and network software/hardware.
• Provide technical support to end-users through helpdesk and phone support.
• Install software for users and business systems.
• Monitor backups, network availability, and overall system health.
• Support disaster recovery procedures and ERP system administrative tasks as needed.
• Create and maintain system and network documentation.

 Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Computer Sciences or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of systems administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
• Experience with VMWare or similar virtualization products.
