System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cadence with application users and seek feedback/ challenges encountered.
• Build out JIRA processes/ Review and clean out backlog/ Groom and execute on prioritized work.
• Manage asset level tactical roadmap.
• Consult with business on guiding principles/solutions for asset.
• User ticket management/ Issue prioritization and solution support.
• SME for development of training and communications/ Assist with reporting up of metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration.
• Strong analytic skills; ability to understand complex systems and design communication around integration and interface points
• Follow through with developers, get the timelines and act as a liaison between the Business and Developer.
• Capability to work with a multi-functional team of business owners, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
• Strong organizational skills: the ability to complete multiple tasks under time constraints and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business analysts, management, and business team members.
