Software Engineer - Java and Angular

Job Description :Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably Computer Science) 2+ years developing in a Java based environment 1+ years developing in a web or services-based environment Working experience within an agile (scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) development environment Basic knowledge or usage of some of the following technologies/concepts: Tomcat / Apache Webserver / Spring Boot Angular / Java / Java Script (including JQuery, Spring MVC) SOAP / REST WebServices in Service Oriented Architecture CI/CD, Jenkins, uDeploy, Git, Crucible Informatica / ETL The Skills You Bring Experience working on development projects using Agile methodology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules particularly when software installs are scheduled and Production Support is required Ability to work on multiple projects and adhere to scheduled deadlines Ability to resolve escalated issues with a sense of urgency Strong attention to detail Experience with Oracle and/or DB2 databases is a plus Experience with Informatica (ETL tool) a plus Experience with MyBatis Experience working with source control systems (preferably Git Stash) The Value You Deliver Develops applications on moderately complex projects, components, and subsystems for the product Contributes to implementation of major business initiatives Contributes to and implements application level architecture Provides inputs and support for best practices in DevOps for Continuous Integration Provides application support for own or key applications, and may serve as on-call resource to support the organization s service and escalation model
