Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Participate with oversight within Agile Release Trains and Scrum Teams as defined agile roles designated by SAFe, particularly Scrum Master.
• Facilitates and coaches their teams on agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. Coaching of other agile team members and their Product Owners in Lean/Agile values, practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of Product Vision and Roadmaps to enable teams to align execution to business value. Work with project leadership to report status, escalate and resolve issues, and communicate changes in scope or execution.
• Work with Product Owner and Development Teams to facilitate the refinement, estimation, planning, and execution of features and stories in alignment with Agile Best Practices.
• Drives continuous improvement on agile teams using techniques such as Inspect & Adapt, Retrospectives, and Root Cause Analysis..

Qualifications:

• Ability to work directly with technical and product teams.
• Knowledge of modern Agile frameworks and practices such as Scum, Kanban, DevOps, test driven development, and test automation, as well as the underlying principles
• Proficient with Agile project management software such as Rally or Jira.
• Understanding of and experience with servant leadership, as well as influence without authority.
