Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Looking for a dynamic and analytical Program Manager to work closely with our Sales.
• Managing projects to drive growth and efficiency across these functions.
• This role will also focus on app channel analytics, delivering data-driven insights to optimize our digital strategies and enhance the customer journey.
• The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, analytics, or a similar role, preferably within sales or revenue functions.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in working with Tele Sales or revenue-focused teams is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
