Job Description :Responsibilities:
- The BI Warehouse Developer will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the Data Warehouse and surrounding ETL architecture.
- Design and build ETL workflows to integrate data into the Data Warehouse from multiple data sources and manage data accuracy, quality and integrity.
- Manage key department business intelligence applications and data warehouse acting as the technical liaison for data warehouse / business intelligence issues.
- Provide technical and design expertise in the development of new and tuning of existing databases and ETL workflows.
- Work closely with business stake holders and report developers to further enhance the data warehouse / business intelligence environments to meet operational objectives.
- Collaboratively support other IT team members to help design, develop and implement business intelligence applications.
- Responsible for data warehouse / business intelligence quality testing, stakeholder approval and user acceptance testing, following a release plan to deploy databases, packages and stored procedures to production servers.
- Manage database and business intelligence application security and user logins.
- Must maintain strict quality control over data and information delivery in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
- Experience with SQL server and ETL systems such as SSIS required.
- At least 3-5 years of hands on Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence experience required.
- Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve.
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide support over the phone or in person while always maintaining a professional demeanor.
