We are seeking an Entry Level Business Analyst / Quality Assurance to become an integral part of our team! You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Use data to understand business patterns and trends
Understanding the client's needs and objectives
Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
Basis knowledge in the business domain and application workflow
Circulate project status reports to the teams
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
Speaking to customers to collect feedback
Should be able to have good English communication
Basis sound knowledge of SDLC Life Cycle
Help maintain process documents and update them regularly
Sound Knowledge of SQL Process
Work with Developers to determine an appropriate test environment and tools for test
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in any or master’s degree
Basic understanding of different types of testing
Basic Computer knowledge and excellent Internet Skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask work
