Graphic Designer

 Responsibilities:

• Apply concept art and ensure cohesive design across multiple pieces within a campaign.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative copywriting, editing, and refining messaging.
• Maintain the integrity and consistency of the Little Creek Casino Resort brand.
• Assist in photo/video shoots on and off property, providing hands-on support and creative deliverables for company events (as needed).
• Resize and repurpose branded content to work across different platforms without losing brand consistency.
• Follow established design templates, while also developing original and creative solutions.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all production and design work.
• Take direction from the Creative Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
• Proactively communicate any challenges or requirements to successfully complete projects.
• Stay informed about upcoming events on property and incorporate them into design strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative concepts and presentations.

Requirements:

• An Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media Arts, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing and communications, with a minimum of 1 year focused specifically on graphic design. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience may substitute for the Associate’s degree.
