Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and optimize data visualizations and dashboards to derive actionable intelligence
• Perform ad-hoc and strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, reflecting global real estate markets and operations.
• Exhibit analytical rigor, judgment, and the ability to present comprehensive 'data stories' to various organizational levels.
• Define data requirements, gather and validate information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data to generate insights and address reporting needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in collaboration with relevant business units; design workflows and procedures.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data-related processes and analyses.
• Identify opportunities to maximize data usage, applying modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance.
