Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop financial reports and closely monitor budgets.
• Review and oversight of capital projects including reconciling project expenditures and variances to ensure success of capital projects
• Assist with grant financial data and reporting.
• Prepare proformas and forecast for new programs.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Completes external reports and oversight as needed.
• Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience with finance, budgeting, and investments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
