Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Drive business requirements elicitation, solution option selection, User acceptance testing and other project affiliated activities in Post Market Quality process area.
- Engage with end users, and vendor as necessary to lead timely resolution of issues in the complaint handling system -including, but not limited to Smartsolve, or other integrated applications.
- Work with technical and testing team to perform warm hand off, test data creation, test scenario identification, end user training.
- Provide support for SAP PP/QM/MM module to business users.
- Design and build SAP PP/QM/MM solutions & perform maintenance and support.
- Provide support for operations scheduling business users.
- Work with enterprise supply planning teams on various planning tools.
