Project Manager

 Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple new product development and product support projects.
• Lead development and execution of project plans integrating cross-functional deliverables.
• Establish project metrics (scope, schedule, quality) to manage and continuously improve project performance.
• Collaborate with functional managers to assign appropriate skillset to projects and monitors performance.
• Establish project budget and actively manage project budget performance.
• Manage and coordinate project activities to deliver projects from concept to commercialization.
• Responsible for conducting design reviews and ensuring proper completion of project deliverables.
• Drives resolution of team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts.
• Provide timely and effective project communications to key stakeholders.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering plus on the job experience in project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical devices/medical diagnostics industry.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project or program management role.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Research & Development role.
